Job Description: Family Mentor provides mentoring and guidance assistance to improve children and family well-being, and life skills. The Family Mentor will assist with providing referrals within the community as they require resources for services such as job placement, financial, legal, housing, and medical assistance when needed. The job of the Family Mentor also requires teaching classes and one-on-one sessions to assure that clients are well guided and supported throughout every need.
